Overview on Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Our returns, cancellations and refunds policy are very easily understandable and no refund / order cancellations possible from your/customer end after 24 hrs of your in-process order. However, we can cancel and refund you the full amount in condition where order has failed subject to realization of payment to our bank’s current account or materials are not available/ or cannot be backordered for more than 3 days. For orders where no payment i.e. Orders via ” Direct bank transfer / deposit ” is received we keep the right to cancel those order from our end and no refund for those unpaid orders will be made in any circumstances.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a clear No Return/Refund Policy on products already sold. Therefore, Goods once sold will not be taken back. We will provide Warranty & Services as promised in our Warranty Note but in no circumstances whatsoever Goods/Items/Services will be of return/refund nature. Customer should assure themselves before buying our products and services.

WE DO NOT SELL BANNED ITEMS & GOODS : We also do not sell products that are banned in India and contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Any customer or our vendor trying to fabricate or send us products of Banned nature will be notified to law authorities for consequential legal proceedings and law authorities actions.

However in some conditions/circumstances if we return/refund your Order the to complete your refund/order cancellation, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and payment.

You are requested not to send your purchase back to our OEM/Principal Manufacturer or Principal Vendor.

How Refunds are Processed?

Once you Cancel your Order within 24 hrs of making payment in our account, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your Cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our Bank Account Statements and Payment Gateway provider response.

For orders where payment is already received and user requests to cancel order (within 24 hrs) along with deduction the respective payment gateway charges and/or other incurred charges with a flat additional fees of  ₹25/- (plus GST). The whole amount will be refunded via UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS to customer’s respective bank account where customer has to submit respective account details to our customer service executive (via Email only) so as to enable refund.

After your refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 3 to 15 days after adjustments to our accounts bookkeeping. However, for some reason if we do not have your account details with us then our Accounts Section will enquire about your Account Details to directly transfer your refunded amount.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS : If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@synogics.in

Product Replacement under Warranty

We only replace items if they are defective or malfunctioning in nature or has been physically damaged during order transit to your place. We check/test our materials before shipment hence there is a very low chance (less than 1%) of damage or faulty products. There is no replacement for force damaged products during installations or usage after installations.

Also, all electronic products must be Installed to Stable Power Supply and they should be protected from Lightning Surges, Power Surges and Transients. No Warranty will be Entertained for products damaged due to in-correct installations, power surges, lightning strike damages or burnt in nature.
