  1. PAYMENT VIA DIGITAL TRANSFER ONLY : We only accept/take 100% advance receipt against orders. Cash-on-Delivery / C.O.D. payments are currently not Payment has to be made in Electronic Form i.e. either via payment gateway or via direct IMPS/UPI/NEFT/RTGS transfer.
  2. PAYMENTS VIA CHEQUE / D.D. : No payment shall be made via Cheque or Demand Draft without prior information and written consent. We will cancel that order and refund the amount as it violates our policy. We at our discretion may take legal course of action against person depositing cheque which have bounced. We accept cheque payments via our Institutional and old customers only.
  3. RETURN, REFUND, ORDER CANCELLATIONS: By reading this term Customer/User acknowledge that we offer no refund, return of goods and services in any circumstances unless customer cancels the order within 24 hrs of Order Confirmation i.e. Payment realization in our account and Order was placed online. For orders whose delivery are already processed picked-up or shipped, cancellations are not allowed. During product warranty we are committed to provide warranty and replacement as per warranty terms and those replacements are not to be mistaken by this term.
  4. DELIVERY TIME: Immediate delivery on in-stock materials is available on pick-up point or our Business Partner Store which is our local point-of-saleon designated locations. Delivery can vary from 3 days to 28 days depending upon the size of order. Delivery may take longer for some orders which are tagged as back-order items on store. We try to produce goods, test them and transport materials within 5 days period. We will also inform on e-mail and/or WhatsApp about the delivery schedules of our sold products/items.
  5. PRODUCT WARRANTY: Time Period as mentioned on product catalog i.e. off-site from date of delivery/shipping. General Warranty is 365 days (from date of delivery) on our re-sold products and 1095 days (from date of delivery) on products marketed or labeled as ‘ SYNOGICS ’. We certify the products free of manufacturing defects before dispatch, therefore, warranty will be void if product is damaged physically or suffered damage due to surge, lightning, voltage fluctuations, over-voltages, improper installations
  6. Customer will have to acknowledge Delivery Challan, Money Receipts, Tax Invoices essential for Statutory Compliance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are encouraging Digital Form of payments to all our consumers/vendors. For payments via cheque prior intimations and approval need to be taken by our accounts team before deposit of any cheque in our account. Any cheque deposited without our intimation and knowledge will be considered breach of trust and we further cancel that order and refund the amount deposited to the concerned person. For non-compliance with such issues and non-co-operation will force us to pursue legal proceedings against the concerned person, organization in matter. Further for Dis-honor or cheque due to Insufficient funds and Errors will also enable us to take appropriate action against the concerned individual.
